Farewell SCB colleagues

the day had come for me to leave Stanchart after more than 16 months working in there, or rather 13 months to be exact if i never count the three months break in between... it seems like i just join Stanchart yesterday...



27 Nov 06 - My first day at Stanchart and join the fufillment team


09 Dec 06 - My very first pay for one week work


22 Dec 06 - First christmas celebration with Stanchart


02 Jan 07 - Got transferred to retrieval team and get to know Uncle Rehman


09 Jan 07 - My first full month pay


10 Apr 07 - Left Stanchart for poly life


06 Jul 07 - I was called to come back to help during the migration period


08 Jul 07 - Worked on Sunday for the first time at Stanchart


27 Nov 07 - One year in Stanchart


21 Dec 07 - Second christmas celebration with Stanchart


04 Feb 08 - Final last two month to work in Stanchart


29 Feb 08 - JQ left Stanchart


31 Mar 08 - Bade farewell to Stanchart



Time really pass very fast, so many happy memories happen during the 16 months. many colleagues left and many new faces came at the same time.

the reason why i left Stanchart was because someone actually don't appreciate my contribution at all, she is a sort of person that could backstabbed people at the bad and appear very nice to you when she is talking to you. not me only, others as well, especially Jerrick. Georgina approached me during Feb and told me that i could not come back anymore on night shift because the boss feared that i'm not doing anything. NOT DOING ANYTHING right??? then why call me back during the migration period in the first place, everything i did for the company during my night shift is wasted. then why asked me to do the investigation for you then?



Forget about that, i also do not have the plan to come back anymore. but one question remains on my mind, should i come back? before i left the office yesterday, Georgina was asking me to come back during my holiday, should i?



Human worst feared, leaving someone. now i have to leave my clique, Shu Ning, Valerie, Amanda, Puay San, Kevin, Kelvin Ong and Hong Zhou. Anyway should be having lunch with them during my school time because my school day is 4 days instead of the usual 5 days. This is what my beloved colleagues bought for me,

2 weeks to jobless state

haiz, another 2 months i'll be in a jobless state, and this will end my 17 months career in standard chartered bank. in a blink of eye, it been more than a year, from my beginning at fufillment team to the current retrieval team. so much had changed, from daily basis work to changing of colleagues, and even the position of my department. seriously, i cant bear to leave. the managers are very kind, treat everyone fairly. the working environment, and my colleagues are the best, make me even more unwilling to leave. my full knowledge of my work makes me unrelunctantly to search for another job. final reason, i am very very unwillingly to leave her, i always wish that i could share the burden with her, helping her to do some of her work.

Amanda - the sweet and gentle girl, makes everyone feel very happy including me of course
Shu Ning - the crappy gal but cheers everyone up
Kevin - the good guy but the most quiet guy i ever seen and my fifth partner
Valerie - joker and amusing gal
Kelvin Ong - OT king in office and crappy too
Jian Quan - left on feb 08, my closest colleague, very kind guy and joker, best guy in SCB...
Willis - left for Australia on Feb 08, nice guy and joker too
Lu yi - left for Australia on Feb 08, miss hardworking and invented her own trademark.
Puay San - very gentle gal but can be very rough sometimes
Shu Ting - my second sister but left on Oct 07
Yan Jing - humorous gal and my third partner but left on Oct 07
Shu Chieh - the tiny gal and my fourth partner
( Above are all my lunchmates and we are the well-known 'teenager - gang' in SCB, the maximum ever we had lunching together are 13, including ppl from other department )

Georgina -already mentioned, the best female manager in SCB, kindest and humorous lady
Jerrick - also mentioned, best male manager in SCB, kind and fair
Rochelle - the prettiest mother in SCB, humorous and kind
Mei Ling - the long hair gal, very hard to guess what mood is she on Mei Hwa - pinkish gal, everything must be pink, very kind also and timid...
Grace - transferred to Plaza by the Park on June 07, the most innocent and kind lady
Cheryl - daughter of Guan Yu, because her face is always very red, cutest gal also
Zhen Hua - the crappy guy, but very humorous also...
Miki - a kind lady, replacement for my sis
Cynthia - the weirdest person ever i met, she even asked Jian Quan a sensitive question
Auntie Elsie - kind auntie
Auntie Penny - very kind lady who treat everyone nicely and never speak bad thing to a person
Uncle Rehman - my best and second partner from Jan 07 to Apr 07, the veteran worker in SCB
Maxime - Sorry to have offended you before, the Baby Fairy Jie Jie.....going to leave aft me
Nadia - transferred to 4th floor, my first working partner, humorous person...
Pei Xin - humorous gal
