Tuesday, 30 Sept - Hospitalised
29- Sept:yesterday got admitted to hospital because of the joint pains and muscle pains. so i went NUH for admission because they have my medical history 3 years ago. a totally different from 3 years ago, still can remember that i admitted to NUH still walking with a limp, with fever and rashes. but now, i walking in like a normal person. first thing the consultation doctor did to me was a blood test and my parent and me went for dinner while waiting for the blood test result.
the result was bad, my white blood counts is too high, 1.6 times of a normal person. and they are the likely possible of my problems now. white blood cells helps to fight off bad cells in my body, however if too much of them, they eat up my red blood cells. the doctor suspect it may be a infection or a flare from my arthritis. more tests now, X-ray and urine test. after that the doctor told me i need to be admitted for observation, and she put in the plug on me. URGH, i hate this, not because of the pain, but it will spoil my night. i have to be extremely careful not to touch or move the plug when i sleep.
and immediately i was given antibiotics through the drip before i know my ward and room number. my uncle came to visit me at 1am, because he was a night shift taxi driver and he happen to be at nearby area, so he came to see me.
30 Sept:
bad night, i only got 4 hours of sleep, 3 reasons, the bed is very hard; the pillow is so high; the patient beside is giving lots of different sounds. i swear the patient beside is a gas tank, he keeps farting and burping for no reasons. from night to morning to afternoon to the time i got discharge, he been farting and burping for countless time. that disgusting man. many doctor came and examine, taking blood from me, i already have not enough red blood cells, and they taking somemore from me... haiz...anyone donate blood to me??? now both my hand got 4 holes...
my eldest sis came at 9am and bought porridge for me even though i have breakfast at the hospital (chee chong fun and siew mai), the food was rather not bad, but the milo drink they provided me was a cup of plain water, no taste at all!!! many doctor came to see me, starting from the ward doctor to the senior ward doctor, follow by the rheumatoid doctor then the senior rheumatoid specialist came. everyone talk about the same sentence, "Mr Tan, you look perfectly fine". haha, what a joke, i may be the first looking fine person to be admitted into the hospital. i can stretch out my arm, bend down, indicating that i can do all sorts of movement. the senior doctor was quite pleased but worry about my high white blood counts. she allow me to be discharge today and follow up on friday (another blood test plus urine test).
it is sure very boring to stay in the hospital, there nothing to do, stare at the the gas tank, looking at the nurse, nothing to do!!! haiz, no form of exercise for next few weeks, one week MC too.

Sunday, 28 Sept - Hospital is inevitable?
the pain on my joints is not getting any better, it been spreading to many places, including places that are not affected before, my back especially. seriously need to go back to hospital for checkup, worst case scenario, i have to stay in hospital, which i think is most likely, unless the doctor say it is just a normal relapse, will be gone in few more days time.F1 - feel so sorry for Alonso who got knock out during the qualifying round 2 due to some mechanical problem.
lucky for Lewis Hamilton who almost got knock out of top ten place in qualify round 2 being in the tenth place. if Alonso is still in the qualifying round 2 successfully, Hamilton could be out of the race, he damn lucky...:)

Monday, 22 Sept - My Hundredth Post
finally, this post is my first hundredth post, so i shall make this post a bit more lengthy than average.First, shall talk about my condition now. i didnt sleep well this morning, i woke up at 2.30am because of the pain at both my thighs, and keep tossing around my bed, went to toilet several times and drank lots of water. i even close all the windows at my house when it started to rain at around 3.30am which is usually my father's job because the rest of us are sleeping like a pig usually at this time. finally i was able to force myself to sleep and woke up at around 10am. i was quite surprised, i thought my pain could be as bad as yesterday, it actually improved, i was able to walk like a normal person now. although the pain is still there, but it is at a tolerance level, i can feel nothing when i doing something. so i didnt contact NUH for a follow up since there is improvement in my condition.
Secondly, i went to find my sister for lunch (her treat) during her lunchbreak. we went fish n co and we ordered new york fish n chip and guess what, due to inflation, either the price will go up or the portion will get smaller if the price remains the same, wrongggggg, the serving seems to have become bigger. the fish is so big that it is sticking out of the saucepan. in the end i was too bloated to walk out of the exit... burrpppppppppp
Lastly, for the rest of the time at home, i was playing computer games, Euro Truck Simulator, being a truck driver and deliver the stocks to their destination. being a truck driver is not everyone will become in the future, so it is actually a realistic game, able to steer like a real driver, able to rain like a realistic weather (no snow :( ), reverse a container truck, getting fines for speeding, beating the red light or involve in a accident, topping up the fuel tank when low on fuel and day/night timing... everything is almost like real except there is no motorcylist on the roads, i wonder why? i was involve with a serious accident today, i sped too fast and unable to brake on time when reaching a bend and got caught between the center divider and got stuck!!!
can anyone help me out from here, i stuck in between.
Sit tight, i'm speeding, trying to overtake a container truck.alright, end of the hundredth blog... skipped school today, must go school tomorrow... 5 letters word, SIANZ!!!

Sunday, 21 Sept - My arthritis is coming back!!!
after 3 years of peaceful period of painless feeling, now my arthritis is coming back. it been bothering me for the past few days, the pain starting from the jaw, then follow to my hand and leg. now the pain is everywhere, from head to toe, including my back and thigh, which is making me walking like a hunchback person. i expect a relapse when i was close to 20 years old because the doctor told me a relapse will happen about five year later, that was in 2004 when she told me that before i get discharged from hospital. i didnt expect to relapse so soon, it only been 3 years.although the pain is not as bad as i experience 3 years ago, and no fever and rashes, this time is all sort of bearable pain combining together. even 3 years ago, the pain is at one or a couple of place rather than all aching together. at least i still can squad and get out from my bed myself with enough strength. 3 years ago, when the pain was so unbearable that sometimes i couldnt walk, or eat, and even getting out of bed was a big problem for me, not to mention being able to squad down.
hopefully the pain will go off in a few days time, if it continue for another weeks, i have to revisit the hospital again. now i dont feel like moving around, even sitting down is making my back aching too... haiz...

arthritis is a illness involving joint pain at any part of the body, together with fever and rashes. commonly found in teenagers and i was the unlucky one to have it. :( and i was the second person with arthritis in Singapore to have joint pain at the jaw which is rare though.

Thursday, 18 Sept - Where is my group?
today was digital electronics lesson. i was the first to arrive in my team, i thought that maybe the rest may be late. then here come this guy that i never see before since the semester start and he was in my team. so only two of us in the group to finish the work today. today topic was rather easy, but it require lab work to fix the circuit up. my brain almost burst because of the circuit, this was first time ever that so many many wires are used, it is so messy that i got mixed up frequently. and i redo the circuit like three times just because of one single stupid mistake.so in the afternoon, i went for lunch with those 3 pubor buddies as usual. and i went return back to class, that guy who is in my team say he leaving...!!! ..............what? omg, if he left, i will be solo, and i haven do my presentation slide yet, and it left about half an hour to resume the lesson. diaoz, die man. in the end, i never do the presentation slide and i merge with jun long team. i didn't contribute to their team and dare not to talk during the presentation to steal their credit. haiz, thought i manage to be hardworking this week and this is the result i get, kana abandon... thought of getting a grade A today, but it seems to fly away...

Monday, 15 Sept - Bomb hoax at woodlands
i was about to take a bus to return back to tampines when i saw the area next to the staircase leading to the MRT station cordon off by the staff of SMRT. another friend of mine who was also taking the same bus with me saw a suspicious package next to a dustbin. seriously not many people even bother to check what is happening, and the area they blocked is so small, what if there is really an explosion and the impact is very big? even the food stall near the area was even opened with customers still patronising the the stall. for a whole of 5 minutes, no police or even bomb squad was seen. cant really see what is inside the package, but the bag was about 1m by 0.35m, a dark blue bag, partially open by someone. couldnt care about what really may happen, i just went straight home, hoping nothing will happen.byebye,

Monday, 15 Sept - Slippers!!!
O man, woke up with a stomach upset. before i left for school, i been to the toilet a couple of times, so scare that i dont feel like going to school, for fear i shit on the bus, and because of the long journey... luckily my stomach was quiet throughout the journey and only become noisy when i was in the class already... i not sure what causes it, is it because of the cheese cake i eaten this morning? coz i start having stomachache after eating it... rather cold this morning, raining during my journey to RP... if i were to choose between stomachache and getting cold on the bus, i rather choose getting cold, it's very unbearable to have stomachache on the bus, imagine the journey is very bumpy, and all the faeces is watery that kind, and then out its goes...ouch, it stinks man...i was shocked when my faci said that there is lab today coz i wearing slipper!!! and NO slipper in the lab.. so i got the time to blog when no one is in class, only me, right, only me in class. see this
only my laptop is visible... i the only one in class!!! waiting for my rest of my classmate to come back for presentation.... haiz...byebye,

Sunday, 14 Sept - I'm so naughty....
yesterday went to ah ma house for salted vegetable soup as dinner, it taste very delicious together with the fried wanton and the nuggets. purposely went to ah ma house early because my house modem is going for a strike. connected then disconnected and over and over again, really pissed me off, so many things i cant do without internet. grrr... most of my relatives left except me and auntie linda and uncle chan, waiting for my sis and her boyfriend who went woodlands pasar malam to buy some snacks to return back and fetch us...we were chatting happily when suddenly everyone talk me, then this uncle chan was like refering back into the past when i was very very young that time, i am very very naughty, perhaps the naughtier in the family, i dont remember that i SPITTED at uncle chan when i was still a kid, he was feeling like spanking my ass and whack me...wahahahaha... didnt i got that talent of spitting someone that young, hehe... but i definely wont do that now, even if i would, that means i am either drunk or being crazy already...

Wednsday, 10 Sept - Holiday
first holiday for semester 2, feeling very bored, went bowling with xun xiong. initially lost to him for the first two games, but i manage to win him back for the last two. i love the last game especially, CLEAN game plus HIGH game, yipeeeeeeeee...... but i noticed one very bad thing, i seems to be in cursed, all my high score all stuck at this three digits, 205, i seems to unable to exceed this value, maybe i have a special feeling with this number, wahahahaha...
if i score better for frame 2, i could have exceed 205 :(...byebye,

Tuesday, 09 Sept - Facilitators
my faci for today sucks man, she damn boring man. she come to class, she just talk about the problem and kept quiet for a long time. it just the first week of school and how i going to endure for the next 15 weeks? can anyone tell me how? and i very pissed by one sentence she had said, "if you never finish your worksheet, no A for you"...wth, my other facis never force us to finish worksheet and she wanted us to finish it, she damn sucker...then yesterday my faci was a guy but acted very gu niang, he was holding a antenna stick, the one that come from very old television or from old car, the way he holds the antenna is so gu niang, and the way he teaches is so sissy... but good thing about him is his teaching method is not so bad... but i hated him for asking my team question for every slide we present, and we spend a total of half an hour answering, and worst thing he ask me to skip a slide that i going to present which is very IMPORTANT!!!!! damn him...
by the way first week of school ended very soon, and tomorrow is a holiday!!! yeah!!!

Friday, 6 Sept - Belated Birthday Treat
today was PCB lesson, which i 'happily' name it as Phuay Chi Bai lesson since i not sure of it actual name and many of my seniors complain that it was very hard... oops, i promised no vulgar language in my post, but that is an important phrase, so no choice.... but it turn out to be quite easy, an unexpected result, perhaps it just the first lesson, so it gets tougher as the lessons goes by. our faci sure is a interesting hilarious senior guy, sometime talking in direct. we could answer him back in direct and joke other things as well, talking some crap things like blowing up the circuit, increasing the voltage to the maximum etc etc... he doesn't look offended when we talk back at him... cheers, at least he better than my last semester faci who bear a grudge to anyone who offend him...then went to celebrate mark and nicholas belated birthday treat. simple dinner at newton hawker center. stingray which the chilli is great, kang kong which sucks, seafood soup which taste like plain water, lala which the chilli rocks, great and finally the prawn omellete. after then bowling at tampines safra. for the first time without using my own personal ball, a rather unusual feeling and the way of holding the house ball, but doesn't make any different though, my score was still around the same as when i play using my own ball.
henry and me versus mark, nicholas and jian hua as a team. hen and me lost to them at 257 to 270. even though me and hen are handicapped, i stil consider we lost because due to the fact hen and me play more occasionally than them, we should score better than them. but cant blame us though, hen and me not using our own ball... it's ok, hen and me shall beat them in future...wahahaha...right mr henry tan hong kong???
damn pissed with my PP advisor, is he dead or something? i submitted my pp report two weeks ago, and no news from it. i emailed him regarding about the PP status and still no reply from him. SEK XI la advisor, eat snake is it? i gonna spank your face if you ask me redo it, burn your playhouse down. i cant imagine the school has such an lazy and irresponsible faci, RP, are you blind? how can you employ such faci?

Friday, 06 Sept - Thursday post
thursday, first day of semester 2. as usual, a change of classroom environment and classmates. only same class as KK, the rest of my ex-classmate mostly posted to other class. an unexpected result, my class was not so bad, overall it was great except for this guy who think highly of himself, dancing in front of the class which SUCKS, singing, blasting his music which heavily annoyed and distracting me while i trying to figure out how to solve the problem.our faci was rather patient with us, giving out solution to the problem...cheers... but our group screw up the presentation...oops... hope he could be lenient to my grade....
