I love Wednesday
Wednesday is always the best weekday, because there is always no school!!! just like every other wednesday, i went to meet my ex-colleagues for lunch, met their new lunchmate who just started work yesterday. they wanted to eat chicken rice but the shop was closed, not the first time already...:(so after lunch, i went for cycling trip...nevertheless, it always the same destination, but this time, i trying out a new route. instead going straight to east coast park, i making a detour instead, by going around changi airport passing by changi village and going along changi coast road to reach east coast park. the only difficulty part was the upslope at loyang area, so after overcoming it and the rest of the journey was just flat terrain... it was actually enjoyable cycling there, able to watch the plane takeoff and land...

my journey start from Tampines MRT station at 2.35pm and ended at Tanjong Rhu at 4.29pm, the distance was enough for me to travel on PIE start to end... the weather was sunny here but the northern part of Singapore was raining, the sky there was very dark... soon the sun was cover by the dark cloud and i left the place to meet Tarmimie for bowling...
the weather was absolutely the same as my previous trip, dark cloud over northern area...
kelvin was very contented as long as i get to see you...

Very unlucky for cycling trip today
as usual, i went to cycle again. although yesterday already cycled, i was feeling bored in the afternoon, so i went cycling again. everything went well at first, although i haven repair my gear, paddling was still not a problem yet. however when i reaching east coast area, i realised my paddle start to crack, one portion already came out, but it doesn't affect much. so i resume my journey, a bit heavy traffic at the park, as well as many jokers...cycling at opposite direction, stopping in the middle of the road, U-turning suddenly... i went to the park at fort road for some fitness training, then suddenly the sky start to crack, i realised northern part of singaporean was covered by dark clouds and perhaps raining...but eastern part of singapore was still sunny and hot hot hot... because i feared i might get caught in the rain, i leave the area after i took a picture of the surrounding, as usual, must take a picture for every trip i did...
yesterday trip, at least the sky was cloudy, but not threatening to rain...

everything went well when i was along east coast park, nothing strange appear, everything went smoothly... when i was near temesek jc, my front wheel start to vibrate lightly, i thought because i knew my front wheel was not on a good shape, the wheel rim is slightly dented and brake could always brush against the wheel rim and caused some unneccesary friction and vibration. i had many accident before and the victim was always the front wheel, the most serious one was when my left handler hit a railing and i lost control and swerve to the right and bang a tree. but my front wheel seems to be intact and i ignored it. but it was just a time bomb ready to explode... my worst fear came when i was at tanah merah mrt station, the vibration become more violent, i got down and inspect the wheel, i saw one portion of the wheel rim is heavily dented and which caused the vibration. so in order to reduce the stress on the wheel rim against the tire, i cycle very slowly. but it seems the vibration become more serious and after cycle in less than 50m after i stop, the wheel blow, very loud, some people thought a bomb went off and they were looking around, so embrassing... luckily i wasn't cycling very fast, if not i may lost control and fall... so no choice but to call my dad to fetch me, i can't possibly push it home, at tanah merah u know, and my house is at tampines...
my dad wanted my problematic bike to be fixed asap, so i got it repaired at the bicycle shop opposite my house. at first we opted for a second hand wheel rim, 7 dollar cheaper and they say it is as good as new... new my head man, it was so rusty and doesn't suit my back wheel which was still in good condition... so in the end we get a new one instead at 45 bucks, daylight robbery man... and because my gear was faulty too, my dad wanted it to be fixed at 13 bucks, another daylight robbery, i might as well buy a new average bike with no suspension... my dad paid most of it and i felt guilty about it... he didn't want anything to happen to me when i cycling, he knew i was a notorious cyclist, not that notorious la... i still observed traffic rules... at least that shows he love me, yeah?
my plans was a new bike still goes on, then my problematic bike can be pass on to my sis... but first i need a job... without job, no money, then no bike... anyone got good lobang for job and bike???

best bowling game ever....yipee hurray
went bowling with my sis and eugene last midnight. the first game was rather not bad, both eugene and my sis got a double... by the way, Dan (supposed to be dai) was me, Gong was eugene and Siao was my sis and Left was my game playing using left hand only.
so this is our score for the first game, a generally warm up game. my skills came back, the feeling is back, this game was much more better than my previous game that i played, my accuracy was back...:) so we started a new game, that when i go crazy... 
if the frame 8 was either a spare or a strike, this game set will be my second clean game ever (clean game meaning all frames are either spare or strike with no open frame), but sadly my frame 8 ruined it all, if not it will be both clean game and high game (scoring above 200). my sis also go crazy at her second game, getting her second double. 
last game of the day, i add one more game set for my left hand practice (third row). i was enjoying my lead when eugene start to shoot up after frame 6 and surpass me. my sis also surpass my score, i became third position... i was really satisfied with my result for left handling, i was a right hand bowler, most happy thing is that i actually got a double for my left hand and end the game with a satisfactory result 112... :) what i observe from left hander is the bowling ball always tend to curve a little when they bowl. i did try to aim straight but the ball always curve a little to the right...
the game end with my average score at 160, 10 strikes and 10 spares. however, my result came with a consequences, i suffered my most serious fall ever. during my last game, there was friction on the floor and i fell after releasing the ball, my left knee and left palm suffered the impact. my left knee start to bruise and the upper layer of the skin peel off, my left palm was the worst, till now it is still aching...:(

Busy day today.......
this is how i look after i bleached my hair, very dry and hard to style my hair.. and so i dye back my hair to dark brown leaving some of my back hair with the bleached colour. another 38 bucks gone........
so in the late afternoon, i was getting bored. and so once again, cycling...!!! every week must cycle at least once, remember??? and it rained in the afternoon, so the weather is perfect for a cycling trip... because i always change gear when on different speed, the gear start to get faulty. when i was on high gear, i wanted to change back to medium gear. but there is sounds coming out from the gear, so i keep adjusting the gear and the wire get loose. oh shit, the gear is still high and it is only suitable when cycling at a long range and high speed. i got no choice, the journey still have to be continue, so i have to paddle very hard when going up slope and speed all the way when i was at east coast park. i reached tanjong rhu (opp indoor stadium where there are many condos) eventually, i set a time record for myself fastest ever reached a same place in less than one hour. 
the weather was not sunny, in fact very cloudy. i saw many owners bring their dogs for a stroll. because there was a heavy rain in the afternoon and the glass patch was flooded with rainwater, some of the dogs were playing the pool of water. what a view to see the dog enjoying themselves... after staying for 15 mins and after i cooled down, i start my journey back home. i stopped at the fort road fitness corner to have some fitness exercise, after that i resume my journey back home... when on my way bad, i almost hit a small kid. i was cycling very fast near east coast macdonald there when a kid dash across the road, luckily i manage to break in time, if not i be guilty of hitting the kid. then along bedok south road, there was this retarded guy blocking my way. it happened at the bus stop after temasek JC. i was ringing my bell at him, he saw me but continue to stand at his position. i manage to get past him through a narrow path behind him and before i continue my journey, i stare at him, what a retarded guy...!!! i wanted to repair my gear at the bicycle shop, guess what the shop owner told me; 'your gear is spoilt and need to be change, the cost is 15 dollar' what the hell, want to cheat my money issit?? it is just the wiring problem, then nothing wrong with switching gear thingy... so i ignore him and cycle back home.
by the way, going bowling later midnight, practice for upcoming competition among my relatives tomorrow, must win Uncle Johnny and my sis...

Late for first lesson of the module
today wake up as per normal and board the bus 168 at around 7.10am. the journey at first was very smooth, but the bus came to a stop at Sengkang, the time was 7.30. the traffic was very heavy and the bus was moving at a very slow pace. soon it start to rain very heavily. then jave sms me saying there was a accident at the TPE/SLE interchange that caused the heavy jam. when we reached jalan kayu, it was already 8.10am and even the traffic light at jalan kayu was down causing a minor confusion among the drivers. i saw the accident consisting a lorry truck, a hyundai 7 seated family car facing the opposite direction, and two cars. didn't actually know what was the caused of the accident, but i can assure that the family car skidded. even at SLE the traffic was heavy also, even though not as worst as the one at TPE. the bus actually reached woodlands interchange at 8.35 and i reached school at 9.00. i am already 30 mins late and there goes my 0.5 gpa for the day.to deduct 0.5 at daily grade for lateness was actually very shiong, and unfair to those who stay at very far away. imagine u got A for the lesson, deduct 0.5 cause you to downgrade to B+. there is a huge different between A and B lei. it not our fault that we want to be late, if a traffic jam occur on expressway, there is really nothing we can do about it, we can't possibly ask the driver to skip the bus stop and speed towards woodlands.
but late for the first lesson of the module already gave my faci a bad impression of me, how am i able to survive the rest of the lessons?

My skill.............declining
today went to meet my scb gang again for lunch, a new member, Si Jie and Leonard whom i just met last week. supposedly i wanted to go cycling after lunch, but scorching sun was cooking me, so i decide to go safra tampines to play bowling. anyway playing during the weekdays is cheaper and somemore i got the nebo card for discount. luckily there was no league and very few people. first game, playing 2 games at one shot, one with right hand and another with left hand. sucky man, when playing with right hand, the ball always go either side, never even go straight, but no drain at all with right hand. left hand was rathering more interesting, it was also the first time i play one full game with left hand. the first 3 frames i hit one pin only, but i start to play better at the back ending the game with the score of 68, much more better when i first play bowling with my right hand.i end my left hand game and concentrate with right hand, things got better but my accuracy is not there yet. after playing a total of 6 games, i was feeling very tired and ended the game with my middle finger a bit swollen. didnt know what was the reason, my accuracy start to go down recently, the feeling was not there anymore. but my curving of the ball did improved. O man, how i going to compete with my family members this coming sunday???
then i got no mood to cycle to indoor stadium since i was tired. so i cycle to eastpoint, challenger instead and bought the external hard disk. 120Gb for 109 bucks plus free wireless optical mouse and software to improve the speed of computer. although i install it already, there wasn't any visible improvement to my lappy speed even though they claimed up to 300% of the current speed...:(

Day 2 at school
make another 4 news friends from my group today, Hui Xian from my secondary school de, Joshua, Johni and John Paul. today assignment was rather interesting too and the class start to get funny and joke around. today the lesson is about the wing of an aircraft, rather hard because there is formulae for it. year 1 i slack all the way because the modules are not related to the course and they are very boring and result in a average GPA. but year 2 and 3 is different and i will work hard on it and contribute to the team discussion...:)when i rushed to tampines after school to meet my sis for shopping, i alighted at tampines mrt station, it reminds me of my past when i could alight at the mrt station if i am working on that, if not, i could alight at the library there if i going straight home. i suddenly missed my work and feel the urge to go back to the office. bought the colour to dye my hair, the result seems okok but i satisified with the result, i can't expect a good result since i dyeing it myself.

Year 2 First day of school
School reopen after two months break. this time my lesson start earlier by 30 mins at 8.30am. as usual, i meet my frenz at bus stop and took 168 to woodlands. smooth journey and warm because i was seating at the back of the bus, the area there start to get more and more warmer. however, the bus reach woodlands at 7.50am, a mere 40mins journey.the rules start to get stricter, no more grace period, everyone has to be punctual, if not a deduction of 0.5 on daily grade. the first lesson was super cool, 'inside the A380'. the faci accidentally published the whole 16 lessons of problem statement, which was very interesting topics, from blackbox to concorde fire. the wireless connection sucks man, i was like in and out of the connection many times, which make me very fed up. even when the connection was successful, loading a page was hell, around 3 mins for a page to be fully loaded, even finding resources for today topic was impossible. but luckily my group member told me that i need to download the newer version of VPN to make the connection smoother. and because our group discussion and teamwork, we befriended each other, Lionel, Kai Xin, Jie Sheng and Zaini.
today lesson was more about the instrument in the cockpit of A380. didnt really know the complexity of the cockpit and the pilot had to remember. what we learnt today was just the tip of the iceberg. there has been so many changes in the cockpit as newer modern aircraft replace the older type aircraft. the newer version or so called the glass cockpit replace the older version which is full of gauges as compare to the glass cockpit which holds many LCD displays.
Oh shit, forget to do journal for today lesson, off i go........

Some jokes bah
today evening went to play maximum tune, O man, my skills suck now, after two months never play. my car bang here bang there, so lousy skill. i cant imagine if it is a real car...a honda civic, i be crying out loud...!!! yesterday went shopping spree with sis. so kind ah she, she treat me bowling at Leisure Park. aiyo...even my bowling skill also drop, in the end even average score lose to her.. her score was 117, 116, 112 with a average score of 115, very constant although her score is dropping... mine was 90, 150, 97, with a average score of 112, first time in a blue moon my score nvr cross 100.... terrible man, i never allow myself to score less than 100...!!!> > > Caller: Well... just tell my sister Annie Wan that our brother Noel Wan was involved in an accident. Noel Wan got injured and now Noel Wan is being sent to the hospital. Right now, Avery Wan is on his way to the hospital.

Reunion with my colleagues
for the first time after i left stanchart, i went to meet they all for lunch today. the usual people, except with puay san on leave and a new guy from account services de, still haven got to know his name yet... the usual lunch area, at tampines mall foodcourt. so weird, 8 people sitting on a table. everyone was properly dressed, except me!!! now i feel so short also, without the boots, i seems like a dwarf to them...after lunch, i start my cycling trip to indoor stadium. it was my fifth trip to the same place. this journey is smooth, no obstacle as compare to yesterday trip and it has the perfect distance that i want. luckily that it rain when i was having lunch with them, because i noticed that the floor was wet when i start to cycle. when i was along tampines ave 5, i stop at a zebra crossing, ready to cross over the PIE to Simei. i almost indirectly cause a head to bumper accident. Car A was ready to slow down and allow me to cross, car B which was driving very fast closely behind, braked very hard upon seeing car A stop at the zebra crossing. if the accident were to happen, i not at fault though, neither is car A fault also. car B should supposedly slow when exiting from the expressway, furthermore there is a zebra crossing, all the more he should slow down, and he shouldn't follow too closely behind car A... fortunately, the accident did not happen and i continued my journey.
when i reach east coast park, it was a ghost park. the point where i entered east coast park and cycle to fort road, i could see no more than 100 people. so peaceful, no joker on the road. so smooth when i was on high gear and with the wind going along with me, i just feel a bit tiring when i finally reached Tanjong Rhu, woot, the river is so clean as compared to my previous trip, and the place is as windy as before. i left the area after resting for 15 mins. the returning journey seems to be more tiring, the wind is going against me. it start to drizzle lightly when i able to exit from east coast park. luckily, when i reached home, it started to rain heavily. god blessed, it start to rain after i reach home and prevent a minor accident from happening.
everytime i cycle to Tanjong Rhu, i will always take a picture of the surrounding....

very strange yesterday and today and tomorrow
everything seems so weird, my alarm did not rang yesterday, but i still manage to wake up at around 8 plus. no one give me any thing to do, shu ning never pass me any 'menu' to search, my lao ya computer at office upgrade to a lappy liao. my table shrink in size, no paper on my table. SO WEIRD. no one walk pass my table, it seems like a ghost town... afternoon time, valerie never ask me whether eating with them, kevin never walk to my table telling me going for lunch liao, rochelle, mei ling and mei hwa never come to my table disturb me, really missed all those thing, a sudden change makes me really bu zhi zhai...amanda never suggest going tampines mall foodcourt for lunch and i keep complaining we always go to the same place for lunch..., instead i having lunch at home and maybe i missed the food at TM foodcourt...
seriously missed the time where kevin and i were chatting through MSN, complaining the gals at another department being very noisy, then joke about the people around us, teasing them.... haiz, seems like i cant enjoy that anymore.....:(
feel like going to cycle later on, the weather is very sunny. recently heard from the news where the park connector in the eastern side is linked to one another, linking tampines, bedok, siglap, east coast park, changi coast road, changi, loyang and lastly pasir ris before returning to tampines. i wonder where direction should i cycle, clockwise or anti-clockwise direction? because the journey at changi area will be up and down slope, and i could be half dead if i cycle in anti-clockwise and fully dead if i face the up and down slope when i going to finish the journey. the whole of journey could be around 37km, so should i cycle clockwise or anti-clockwise direction? never mind, not important, just hope it dont rain, i dont want to be like last time when i cycling to indoor stadium, it rain very heavily when i am at bedok and i got stranded under a block for an hour...:*(
