Sunday, 27 Jul - Slaughtering crab
nothing special today, not a special occasion either... but we were having chilli crab for dinner. not bought from outside, but it DIY.. my sis and eugene bought one large crab and two small ones, the boss and two of his accomplices, yupz, all three of them are males... and mr eugene will be teaching me how to kill and cook the crabs... please note, the following murdered scenes are gruesome and children are advised to avoid seeing it... please call 995 if you are feeling unwell about it... :)
the boss and the two accomplices, still happily swimming in the water, little that they know we are actually cleaning them, removing muds and sand from their body, then slaughter them.. they still can blow bubbles...
the murder scene, a cruel way to kill them i think, by poking a chopstick into their ass, ouch!!!! a long painful death for them, actually i do feel sorry for them, mr eugene actually taught me this way... urgh!!!
poor crab, waiting for its death.... i will mourn your death for three days, i supposed... i think chopping them instead will make them die faster and less painful, don't find me in my dream!!
then we start to destroy the evidence, chopping up and separate them... first, the huge claw is being chop off....
then the shell is removed and the inside are clean thoroughly using a scrub..
then the huge claw are hammered to break the shell, if not our teeth will break... that is so brutal man!!!
then the rest of the body and legs and chopped off too....
hmmm, fried man-tou to go with the chilli sauce...
hee ya, the chilli crab is ready, 4 garlics, 2 onions, 2 chilli, one whole bottle of chilli sauce, half a bottle of tomato sauce and two bottle of water is added inside...
it is now ready to be served, yummy, mr eugene is definitely a good cook, it taste like just right and not that spicy... sure i gonna learn somemore stuff from him, will surely cook for someone definitely...
oishi, this is what that is left, only left the shells, sort of like cannibalism?? instead we are eating crab meat...
hehe, hope i can be able to cook perfectly like him, anyone want to try out Mr Kelvin's chilli crab?? sound of it seems like vomitting right?? :P

Wednesday, 23 Jul - Yeah, happy...
almost blogless for three weeks, just lazy to blog, busy playing games of course... :) hah, another enjoyable day today. planned for cycling and bowling a couple of weeks ago. four unlucky events happen today...firstly, got disappointment when i woke up this morning. jia jun sms me around 7am telling me west side was raining heavily and dark clouds covered the entire singapore threatening to rain at tampines soon. it rained very heavily in the end and we postponed our trip to 11am which we supposedly meeting at 10am at east coast mac. luckily the rain get lighter and there was still slight drizzling when i left my house. rather cool to cycle under the rain.
secondly, even though it was only drizzling, i ended up getting very wet when i reach east coast mac... and why??? because when i cycling along the flyover at PIE, i happen to be next to a puddle of water and very unfortunately a bus went past and blooooooshhhhhhed, it seems that i just went to the canal for a swim...
thirdly, that peh hor jia jun and pubor ze wei came late. i waited at the mac for 45 mins before seeing them walking in happily.
and lastly, our destination was changi village... so we have to past by changi coast road. when we were cycling along the road, this particularly kayu guy, also the peh hor guy, asked me to brake for nothing. so i brake very hard of course, but i applied the wrong brake, the front brake!!!! i almost flipped over, but luckily never fell, only suffered a long abrasion on my right arm. urgh!!!! that idiotic guy!!!! Grrr..... luckily he's my good friend, if not i gonna smack his head hard...
at last, we reached our destination and have lunch at changi village. finally got to eat the fish bee hoon over there. it was like years since i last ate it, it was always closed when i patronized the hawker center for the past few times. the standard is still there, only the price went up by a dollar... haiz, why everything went up but not our pocket money, our pay!!!!????
then i meet samuel for bowling during the evening... we keep talking about getting a new bowling ball, getting the brunwicks fury which has a high hook potential and cost around 300 or so. getting a new ball is definitely a yes, but not now, too tight to get another one... quite a great games today, scored 101, 121, 195, 135 with a average of 138... not so bad today, aiming for better next time...
another three weeks to end of school term and holiday!!!! one and a half year to end of poly!!!! three and a half year to be a full time working adult!!!! 37 years to get my CPF money back!!!

Sunday, 06 Jul - Another good game...!!!
Muahahahaha, another great game of bowling today... bowling with the same people again at downtown east, very unlucky in the morning, waiting list already when i reach the bowling center at its opening time, because half of its lanes underwent a reconfiguration of adding bumpers... in the end we have to wait almost an hour before we can actually play. met a strong opponent who is henry's friend, chong yi, he's really a tough opponent. his average of four games are all above 150... mine was 106, 115, 119, 205 with a average of only 137... another high game achieved today, although many other professional player can obtain above 200, to them is a piece of cake, but for me its mean a step closer to get a even better result...
almost clean game though, meaning all spares and strikes only if not for the frame 2... after went for gym with henry, mark and marcus... haiz, sianz, school tomorrow again... :( i haven resume my PP project yet, and the deadline is getting nearer and nearer...byebye,

Thursday, 03 Jul - Thanks god to be alive
haha, another blog today... this show i really got lots of time, a lot i mean..... well, as usual i took bus 168 back to tampines... it was a scary trip though, not the way the driver drive or speeding... how could you feel if the driver is sleepy, keep frowning his eyebrow to keep his eye open, just like the way a people do to keep himself awake as long as possible... things came to a rocky situation when the bus was traveling too close behind a van... if the van were to brake suddenly, i couldnt be here blogging....byebye....

Thursday, 03 Jul - Sianz
Haiz, what a boring day today. still in holiday mood, i rather use the time slacking in school to train bowling lor... haha, keep talking about bowling stuff, starting to get bore about it, well shall stop talking about it. a rather difficult topic today, gyroscope, anyone hear about this mechanism before? my mind is keep thinking about something, about someone, about what to do during this coming weekend... feeling like 'swimming', hand start to get itchy already...i bought some breakfast for myself before reaching the class, ice tea and chicken burger... i think i going to get sick after drinking the ice tea, because the auntie who was serving me was coughing when she fill up the ice tea and she didnt cover her mouth, yucks man!!! maybe her saliva got into the ice tea, eeeks.... the thought of it make me feel like puking..
upcoming test in the afternoon, aircraft instrumental, going to depend on 6P again, wahahaha... jus receive some of my test result, all Bs and one C, when will i get a sharp one instead of Bs instead??? so many Bs.... haiz....

Wednesday, 02 Jul - Holiday!!!
at first, i got my first pay from HMS, which was the company who own the tiger bar... very unexpected, my pay was much higher than i anticipated. i was thinking maybe all the tips given by the generous customer is split equally among us, maybe i wrong about the company... :) yesterday i gave a call to kelly service about my pay, i already waited 3 weeks for it... they haven process it!!! because they were wondering who the hell i am, my manager actually email them telling before that i working for that period when i working during the holiday at stanchart, but she left out something, i think she forgotten to tell kelly services my name and NRIC... that is why the cause of delay... nevermind, everything is solved already...today is another happy holiday, as usual with my clique, we went bowling once again... bought the guard to straighten my hand, but i still cant perform a perfect hook shot, sianz.... seriously need some more training... the ball always turn out spinning instead of hook, i keep telling myself to let go of the thumb and and let the fingers do the job, but my thumb always came out last, leading to the spin... haiz, need more and more training, this coming weekend, must train hard...

seriously, after i learn how to make the ball hook, i try to throw the ball like a novice, which means throwing it straight. my previous skill to throw the ball in straight line is now gone, it always end up in the drain... now i have to throw the ball from corner straight, then the ball will slide to the center... nevermind, training makes perfect right?? so just need more training and train my hand...
